They are just all about the money no care or kindness. Removed our booking with no notice. No heart. My daughter has a disability yet even when pleading replaced our booking. I said i would pay the following Friday 7 days after confirming a place. Just replaced us as didn’t pay immediately. Didn’t even let us know until going to pay on the Thursday & said gave away our spot.
Deapite the rain, we had a fantastic time at Croftdown. Kate is lovely, the property is beautiful and the stars of the visit are so friendly. Highly recommend to anyone!
